Sales up 85% per week;  Check out the 5 most popular blogs – Time Earnings

You non-fungible tokens (NFTs) has become the talk of the year in 2021, and they are gaining the attention of both cryptocurrency enthusiasts and those who have never heard of the moment.

The fever was that sales reached more than US $ 20 billion last year, and “NFT” was decided word of the year by Collins Dictionary.

NFTs are unique, irreplaceable digital devices that can represent graphics, music, and more. This token uses the blockchain technology to maintain digital records of ownership of commercial products.

NFTs were first introduced on the net Ethereum (ETH)where most of the sales of these products still occur, but there are already collections available on the net Solana (SOL) and Tezos (XTZ).

Sales of NFTs jumped 85% from $ 246 million to $ 456 million last week.

Some surprises have been made on the NFT collection this week: Shades Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) “eating dust”, leaving 1st place, and other labels on non-tokens fungible entering the ranking.

5th place: Meeb

meeb is a collection by the same creator of CryptoPunks. NFTs feature 3D avatars, which can be used in metaverse applications.

Last week, Meebits collected 607 sales, totaling $ 11.8 million. The most expensive NFT at the time sold for $ 227,000.

4th place: Azuki

azuki ua is a collection of 10,000 NFTs of anime-style characters. Purchasing an anime NFT gives its holders some benefits, which include access to special broadcasts and past experiences, as well as a parable called “The Garden”.

Azuki earned $ 11.8 million from 231 sales in the last seven days. The most expensive collection at the time sold for $ 230,000.

CloneX Corp is a collection of 20,000 “next-gen” NFTs. The literature describes the avatars as “interplanetary tourists who have come to take our evolution to nothing.”

CloneX Corp collected 275 sales last week, for a total of $ 13.8 million. The most expensive NFT in the collection at the moment sells for $ 300,000.

🏆 2nd place: Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC)

Designed for Ethereum, Bored Ape Yacht Club is a collection of 10,000 unique products and is considered to be the largest in the NFT market.

More recently, BAYC has proven to be a favorite of artists and athletes, including Neymar Jr., Madonna, Jimmy Fallon and Paris Hilton. The collection also provides access to special benefits for Yacht Club members.

Last week, BAYC made $ 96.9 million from 1,035 sales. The most expensive NFT at the time sold for $ 581,000.

Place 1st place: Moonbirds

moon bird is a collection of 10000 owl avatars. It is one of the fastest ways to reach the “blue chip” status, in terms of low cost, which is currently 26 ETH (US $ 74,500).

Moonbirds was announced on April 16th by Evidence, a news release created by renowned businessman Kevin Rose.

Last week, Moonbirds collected 1,468 sales for a total of $ 135.9 million. The most expensive NFT in the world sells for $ 1 million.
