Meta will soon announce a new feature for Instagram that will allow NFT authors and developers to share their tokens on social media. Previously, the feasibility of NFTs on the platform was announced by Mark Zuckerberg.

Today (9), on its Facebook profile, CEO of Meta, Mark Zuckerberg, confirmed that NFTs via Instagram have entered the testing phase and that features, including similar functionality, will come to light. Next Facebook.
According to Zuckerberg, Meta’s vision for NFTs is the integration of technology not only into the metaverse and functionalities of Reality Labs, but also into company applications.
The CEO of Meta sees the entry of NFTs on one of his company’s main platforms as a guide, with tokens being an idea of the user and what he or she wants to say on the platform.
Zuckerberg also said the company will develop augmented reality NFTs, or 3D starter NFTs, which can be used in Instagram Stories through Spark AR, Meta’s AR platform.
Instagram NFTs First Arrive in the US
Also on Monday, Instagram CEO Adam Mosseri posted a video on Twitter in which he said a small group of users in the United States could place their NFTs on their food, in stories and in words.
